Weekly Training

Our Weekly Training is a convenient option for our clients who have more time for training. This option is set up in 6 weekly training sessions. With this training option we actually train your dog each session to produce a desired behavior, we then teach the owner/handler how to produce the same behavior.

The owner/handler must then work this behavior during the week and be prepared to go to the next training behavior the following week.  Each week we introduce a new training behavior to produce a fully trained dog by the end of the training period.

Inboard Training

Our Inboard Training is our most popular option for our clients that have challenging work schedules or that live long distance away or for those who are simply more interested in enjoying an obedient dog than training. With this training option, we offer a pick-up and delivery service, within a 100 mile radius. We also offer a fly-in service as well. With the fly-in service, we handle the arrangements for you to drop your dog off at your local airport and we will pick your dog up when he/she arrives at Port Columbus.  Inboard Training is typically, but not limited to 30-60 days depending on the individual dog and the amount of training desired.   Please contact us for more details if you are interested in either of these options.

Pay-As-You-Go

Our Pay-As-You-Go option is similar to our Weekly Training option, but there are no set amount training sessions and the owner/handler pays per session.

This option is often used to correct problem behaviors or for dogs that have had previous training and may need a few refresher courses.

Pup-to-Protector

Do you have a puppy?  Are you in the market to purchase a puppy and have a goal of personnel or family protection? Then Berry's K9 Pup to Protector program is the program for you. Pup to Protector is a year long comprehensive training course for clients with an end goal of a protection trained K9! 

Puppies can begin as early as 12 weeks old and training is year round at one of our two facilities.

The actual length of this program will be based on the dogs maturity and how fast the dog learns the behaviors. 

​

At the end of the program you can expect to have a fully trained on and off leash K9 with Level 1 protection training.
